It may interest you to know I've researched and tried belachan recipes from many blogs - but none turned out suited to my taste, except yours. Your sambal belachan was the only one that made my taste buds rock and roll, hahaha!

With the confidence gained from trying the first recipe from yr blog, I then tried your sauce for braising pork offal. It turned out so aromatic and wonderful, despite missing out on 2 ingredients, that I had to document a blog post on it.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes, esp when you explained in detail with little notes on some added steps or precautions that most other bloggers left out.

If I publish a Blog Roll you will be the first one featured, followed by Lilyng's blog; hers is also good like yours.

Bravo-Cheers-Thumbs up-Keep on writing na!!!

God bless,GreenCoalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07044355339732126910noreply@blogger.com
