Sichuan (Tzechuan) Style Chilli/Minced Meat Noodle

I made this Sichuan (Tzechuan) Style Chilli/Minced Meat, and this is the very first way to use it in my house!

1-2 bunch of dried noodle
A pinch of pepper powder
A little oyster sauce
A few drops of chilli oil
Few drops of fish oil(Optional)
Few drops of Soy sauce
Few drops of sweet vinegar/vinegar
Few drops of sesame
1 tbsp of chopped spring onion

All ingredients:

Sichuan (Tzechuan) Style Chilli/Minced Meat

In a big bowl, mix together all the sauces/pepper. Cook dried noodle as instructed by the packaging, dish it out, and kindly soak it in cold water in a brief moment, and quickly cook the noodle again, for like 45 seconds.

Mixed the noodle well with the sauce and spread 2 tbsp of Sichuan minced meat on top, sprinkle some chopped Spring onion for garnishing. I normally make a plate of Green vegetable at the side too.

Its ready!
