Applesauce Bundt Cake




As I said, I made the applesauce to bake a cake! Here it comes my Applesauce Bundt Cake!





Ingredients:

Blend Together:
2 1/4  cup Self-raising flour
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/4 cup Black Sesame (Optional)
1 tsp Salt

Whisk/Beat together:
1 Stick (1/2 cup) Butter Room temperature
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Medium size eggs Room Temperature

Others:
2 1/2 cup Crock-pot Applesauce   (Shop bought ones works too)
Spam/Oil

Glazing:
1 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract)
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Water


Preheat oven to 350 F(175 C).

Beat together butter and brown sugar until screamed, add one egg at a time and beat until it is smooth almost ice cream-like in texture.

Divide the dry powder into three portion, add into stand mixer alternate with applesauce, run the mixer at speed 4 and quickly blend the ingredients well.

Spray or spread a thin layer of oil over the bundt cake mold, evenly spread the batter in mold.

Bake for 50-60 minutes.



Take out the cake and let it cold down over cookie rack.

To make glaze, melt butter, add confectioner's sugar and about 2 tbsp of water and vanilla extract, whisk and cook until thickened.

Drizzle over cooled cake.
