This Shanghainese Sauteed Whole shrimps is one of the dishes that I first learnt online, I still remember the first time I made it for my family was during Chinese New Year years back.
In conjunction with Chinese New Year this year, I decided to write a post about this dish. It has been years though.
油爆虾是多年前在国外学习时在网上学的一道美食,当时的美食论坛基本只有文字食谱,还没有照片呢!
这道美食后来我毕业回马来西亚之后还在过年的时候给家人做过一次,这几天比较有空,就打算写几个年菜食谱,这道虾因此就上了我们家的餐桌啦~~
Ingredients:
400 gm of medium size shrimps
4-5 slices of ginger
1 tbsp of minced scallion
Some oil for deep frying
Seasoning:
1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
2 tsp of Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp of Sugar
材料:
400 克 中型虾
4-5 片 姜片
1 大勺 切碎的 葱白
食油 炸虾用
调味:
1 大勺 料酒/绍兴酒
2 小勺 酱油
1 小勺 糖
2. Take the oil out and leave about 2 tbsp of oil in the pan/wok, add ginger and minced scallions. Cook until you can smell the onion and ginger.
3. Add the shrimps and add cooking wine and stir fry for 30 seconds, add the soy sauce and sugar, stir well and serve immediately.
1. 把虾洗净,剪去长须,沥干备用。
2. 锅里热上一杯油,把虾入锅炸至变色捞出沥干备用。
3. 锅里留下2大勺油,把姜片和葱白炒香。
4. 把虾再次回锅,加入料酒、酱油和糖快速翻炒匀即可出锅。
