秋冬季节我最爱炖的汤就是排骨萝卜汤了,冷冷的天气里来一碗热汤,既能饱肚也能温暖身子,真是御寒的好东西。
Ingredients:
500 g/1 Radish
450 g of Pork Ribs/ Soup bones
4-5 small pieces of dried scallops
Salt to taste

1. Clean and peel the radis and cut into big chunks.
2. Wash and blanched the ribs or soup bones, run the bones under cold water until the water runs clear.
3. Place the scallops and ribs in a pot with 1.5 liters of water and bring to boil, cook at medium heat for 15 minutes.

2. 把汤骨/排骨洗净后煮滚半锅水,把排骨入锅汆烫后取出洗净。
3. 把干贝和排骨加1.5升的水放到一口锅里,大火煮滚后转中火煮15分钟。
