2 杯 豆浆 (牛奶也可)
2-3 大匙糖 (或一包代糖)
3-4 块冰块
Ingredients:
1 fully ripen avocado (Pitted and cubed)
2 cups of soy milk (or milk)
2-3 tbsp of sugar(or 1 sachet of sweetener)
3-4 cubes of ice
So healthy to do it with soy milk.
