【荷塘小炒】Lotus Pond Vegetable Stir fry


过年过节的时候,会备有很多的山珍和海味,也会备上几道清爽的素菜,让口味和营养更均匀。

这款素菜就是我常做的一款,除了好吃之外,也因为它有个特别诗意的名字,颜色配搭也很喜庆好看。

This dish is one the vegetable dishes that I often make during the festive season. In addition to being delicious, it also has a very poetic name, the color of this dish is also very festive and beautiful.


材料:

1 小节 莲藕

1 小段 胡萝卜

10-12 只 荷兰豆

10-12 朵 木耳

两 瓣 蒜瓣 切片


调味:

1/4 小勺 食盐

1/4 小勺 头抽酱油

1/4 小勺 素蚝油

1/8 小勺 胡椒粉


Ingredients:

1 small section of lotus root

1 small piece of carrot

10-12 snow peas

10-12 pcs Wood ear fungus

2 garlic cloves (sliced)


Seasoning:

1/4 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp premium soy sauce

1/4 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce

1/8 tsp pepper




1. 把萝卜、莲藕、切片,木耳泡发去蒂,荷兰豆撕去丝和蒂。洗净备用。

2. 锅里下一大勺油,把蒜瓣下锅稍微煸炒,加入木耳翻炒,加大勺水翻炒2-3分钟。

3. 把其他食材入锅,煸炒断生之后加入所有调味料拌匀。喜欢有点汤汁的可以勾一个薄薄的芡。

1. Slice the carrot, lotus root, soak the wood ear fungus, prepare the snow peas too. Wash all of the ingredients and set aside.

2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in the cooking pan, stir-fry the garlic cloves for few seconds, add the fungus, add a spoonful of water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add other ingredients into the pan, stir-well and add the seasonings. If you like the dish with some gravy,  you can add a thin cornstarch water mixture to the pan and cook until slightly thickened.
