Pesto with Corn noodle and Grill Salmon



I planted a few Sweet Basil last summer and have absolutely no idea how to use it, as I also have another few Thai basil that was growing fast and crazy...I sent some of my Sweet basil to my polish neighbour and she was thrilled and told me she made the best pesto ever!

So in return... I got an idea to what to make out of my sweet little basil!
Here is the old picture of my sweet basil......



For Pesto Sauce :

2 cups of Sweet Basil leaves
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts or Cashe nuts
4-5 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper powder to taste



Blend together all the mentioned ingredient to a smooth green paste.



I used corn noodle instead of pasta, its tasting softer and healthier! You could get this noodle from Chinese supermarket.

Just follow the cooking instruction on packet.



And grill a small piece of salmon fish... its dinner time!
