Yeah you heard it right, India has its own version of Chinese foods.
And the mentioned Gobi Manchurian is often paired with this Hakka noodle, a type of vegetable fried noodles that are normally made with dried egg noodles, a combinations that I enjoyed a lot in India as it is the closest things to Oriental cuisines that I could get.
在印度的时候我经常会遇见印度朋友问到：“你能不能教我做满洲花菜呀？”。让我非常啼笑皆非！后来再遇见这样的问题，我就会说：“满洲花菜不是中国菜！不过，却是最接近中国口味的印度菜！”
满洲花菜是印度式中餐厅主打的菜肴，经常和今天做的这款“客家炒面”一起吃，也是我在印度时经常点的套餐。算是口味最接近中餐的印度美食了。
