Oven Baked Masala Baigan (Brinjal)
Liked I said before, I love Brinjal, and could eat it in any form. This recipe was created for lesser oil, and thus ordor free/less, a "winter friendly" version, we all know the thing about American kitchen, right?
I am liking the taste of it too!

Ikan Paprik (Fish Paprik)【泰式Paprik鱼块】
Pad Prik is initially a Thai dish, literally means Spicy Stir fry. But in Northern part of Malaysia, especially the east coast of Malaysia, states such as Perlis and Kelantan, they too cooked a version of Paprik, a mixture of Malay and Thai cuisine.
This Fish Paprik is one of these dishes, you could use more oil than I did, the dish will look much better with little more grease.
Pad Prik

Chettinad Mutton Curry
My mother loves mutton curry, and always claims that Indian made the best mutton curry. She look forward to eat her favourite mutton curry every year at Diwali when dad's Indian worker invite them over for a feast.
I am not much a mutton eater, but this curry? I can definitely have some....

Spring Onion/Scallion Pancake with Yeast dough 发面葱油饼
There is no better way to use fresh spring onion than to make it into tasty spring onion pancakes. You could make this pancake with or without yeast, each has its own charm, and equally tasty.
春天来了,院子里去年撒种的青葱长得郁郁葱葱的,让人看着很欢喜。摘了一把做成发面葱油饼。老公非常的惊艳,一口气吃了一个半的大饼。果然是吃面食长大的人呀!

Chole Biryani (Chick Pea Biryani)
Biryani was my favourite back in India, often time, my lunch will consist of a box of Chicken Biryani from Nandhini in Bangalore with a piece of Fried fish... Those were the days I could eat 3000 Calories a day and feel no guilt... LOL
I have been toying the idea of making this Chole Biryani for months ever since I watched it on a Hindi channel, I can't get this brilliant recipe out of my head though I can hardly understand half of the instructions let alone those ingredients written in Hindi!
I manage to find something similar on the Internet and modify it to my liking, the result was mind blowing! and this recipe is a keeper for sure!
