【香辣孜然烤鸡翅】Baked Spicy Cummin Wings


我们家男同学昨天去了Toughmudder,回家的路上给我打电话说,“要吃肉!”

我打开冰箱看看,只有一盒鸡翅了,就做了个简单的孜然烤鸡翅,这个方子屡试不爽,超级好吃。

Sometimes when I crave for spicy stuff, I make this simple spicy chicken wings I created last winter, it is easy to make, and super tasty to taste!

材料:

1盒 有机鸡翅 (两磅左右)

2只 中型 马铃薯/土豆切块 ( 微波炉先转2-3分钟至半熟)可无

 

调味:

1 小勺 辣椒粉 (不嗜辣请减半)

1 小勺 孜然

1 小勺 孜然粉

1/4 小勺 黄姜粉 (Optional)

1 小勺 盐


Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings (I used organic one)
2 Medium size potatoes (Mine is from my garden!)

Marinates:
1 tsp Chili powder (half for less spicy version)
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder(Optional)
1 tsp Salt 




1. 鸡翅洗干净,要更入味可以划两刀,土豆切块,然后先把所有的调味料和鸡翅混合腌上20分钟,然后加入土豆块,再腌个10分钟就好了。

2. 这个时候预热烤箱400 F (200 C),把一个铸铁锅放进去一起加热,如果用其他质地的烤盘也一样,丢进去加热。

3. 加热好之后,把铸铁锅拿出来,鸡翅和土豆均匀地铺上,入烤箱400F烤20分钟,间中拿个刷子把流出来的油刷在鸡翅表面,然后翻翻,再烤10-15分钟,就好了。

好香的孜然烤鸡翅!

1. Clean the chicken, for better marinates, use a sharp knife to poke the wings around a little.cut the potatoes into wedges.

2. Marinates the wings with all marinates spices for 20 minutes, mix the potato pieces with the marinated chicken, and leave it for 10 minutes.

3. Preheat oven to 400F,preheat a cast iron pan together in the oven.

4. When the pan is also preheated, take it out, and place wings and potato pieces evenly in the pan, bake at 400F for 20 minutes, brush the oil/juice at the bottom of the pan over wings a couple of times in between. take it out and turn side, bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Yummy and spicy!
