Baked Spicy Cummin Wings

Sometimes when I crave for spicy stuff, I make this simple spicy chicken wings I created last winter, it is easy to make, and super tasty to taste!

2 lbs chicken wings (I used organic one)
2 Medium size potatoes (Mine is from my garden!)

1 tsp Chilli powder (half for less spicy version)
1 tsp Cummin Powder
1 tsp Cummin Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder(Optional)
1 1/2 tsp Salt

Clean the chicken, for better marinates, use a sharp knife to poke the wings around a little.cut the potatoes into wedges.

Marinates the wings with all marinates spices for 20 minutes, mix the potato pieces with the marinated chicken, and leave it for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400F,preheat a cast iron pan together in the oven.

When the pan is also preheated, take it out, and place wings and potato pieces evenly in the pan, bake at 400F for 20 minutes, brush the oil/juice at the bottom of the pan over wings a couple of times in between. take it out and turn side, bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Yummy and spicy!
