Whole wheat & Wheat germ Pancake 全麦松饼



I have two packets of Wheat germ at home that I have no idea what to do with. So I made this healthy whole wheat & wheat germ Pancake!

老公买了两包小麦胚芽,我就拿来做了健康版的全麦松饼。

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Wholewheat flour
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 cup + 2 tbsp of milk
1 egg
1/8 tsp salt

材料:
3/4 杯 杂粮粉
1/4 杯 小麦胚芽
1 小勺 泡打粉
1/4 小勺 小苏打
1/2 小勺 苹果醋
2 大勺 无盐黄油
2 大勺 红糖
1 杯 + 2 大勺 全脂牛奶
1 只 中型鸡蛋
1/8 小勺 食盐




1. Blend all ingredients listed in a food processor until smooth, you can use a whisk to whisk the ingredients too.

2. Heat up a frying pan or griddle, I used the mini pancake griddle I just bought, and let my son bake these pancake. Pour in a scoop of batter, cook the pancake at medium heat, wait until bubbles form on the surface of pancake, turn the pancake and cook the other side.

Serve the pancake with butter and maple syrup.

1. 把所有材料放到搅拌器里搅拌成糊装, 也可以用打蛋器在盆里把材料都拌好。

2. 中小火热上个平底锅,倒入一大勺的面糊,等面饼表面开始出现泡泡的时候,翻面煎成金黄色就好了。


加上牛油和枫糖浆吃。

It is as fluffy and soft! 很是一样松软好吃喔!
