
I made this dish for my parents in law the day before they were leaving US for India. It is quiet different than the normal Cauliflower dish we usually have.
Ingredients:
1 Medium,cut into pieces
2 Medium tomato
1 green chili
1/2 inch ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. Cummin powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tbsp. Lime/Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garam masala
1 tbsp of chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
In a cast Iron wok, heat up 3 tbsps of Oil. And stir fry the Cauliflower till crisp on the surface.

Blend together tomato, ginger,garlic and green chili with little water. cook it with 2 tsps of oil until the oil seperated.
Add all the spices and salt, stir for a minute, and add the lime juice.

Stir in the cauliflower,stir well, and sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves.

Its done!
