【牛油果鸡蛋三文治】Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich


We love egg salad sandwich as breakfast or snacks. As much as I love the taste of mayonnaise in the salad. I have been thinking of making a healthier version using Avocado, part of my eating right and losing weight plan.(Well, that deserves a whole new post I figure).

So I finally made this sandwich as we always keep some avocado at home for baby A. The creamy texture of mashed avocado is just perfect for this sandwich! I must say I really liked it! Yumm!

1/2 只 中型 牛油果 (熟透)
1 只 水煮蛋
1 tbsp 蛋黄酱 (Mayonnaise)Optional
一撮 盐
一撮 黑胡椒粉


1/2 ripe Avocado
1 Hard boiled egg
1 tbsp Mayonnaise       Optional
A pinch of salt
A Pinch of black pepper powder

Crossant/ bread
Sliced Tomato/Lettuce


2. 夹入放有生菜或番茄的面包/牛角包里吃。

1. Mashed the hard boiled egg using a fork, add avocado and mash together, add Mayonnaise, salt and black pepper, mix well and spread on bread/croissant with slices of tomato and lettuce

Yummy breakfast is ready!
