Scallion Crepe 葱花摊饼

The spring onion/scallion I planted this year is growing very well, some of them as thick as the size of fingers!

Since it is so healthy, I harvest them very often to make many different kinds
of dishes.

I have also made this crepe many times, my son A and hubby loved it!



1 bunch of spring onion/Scallion
1 medium size egg
1 tsp of sesame seeds
2.5-3 tbsp of all purpose flour
3 tbsp of water
a pinch of salt
a dash of pepper powder
Few drops of sesame oil

一小把 青葱
1 只 中型 鸡蛋
1 小勺 芝麻
2.5-3 大勺 的 中筋面粉
3 大勺 水
一撮 食盐
一点 胡椒粉

1. Clean and chop the spring onion as finely as possible.

2. Mix together egg, water, sesame oil, flour and sesame seeds to make a thin batter, season with salt and pepper powder. Add chopped spring onion into it.

3. Heat up a cooking pan with a little oil, spread the batter in the pan to make a round pancake. Turn and cook until golden in color.

1. 把院子里摘来的青葱洗净滴干水,切成葱花备用。

2. 把鸡蛋、水、麻油、面粉和芝麻拌成面糊,加入胡椒粉和食盐调味。拌入葱花。

3. 热上一口平底锅,加入一点点的食油,倒入一大舀的面糊,摊开成饼。翻面,两面煎香即可。
