Nasi Goreng在印尼和马来西亚大概是最普遍的食物了,就连美国的亚洲超市都卖Nasi Goreng的酱料呢!
这个炒饭香辣中又带着微微的酸甜味,加上一只蛋黄还没凝固的煎蛋。一口一口的,吃不停喔!
Nasi Goreng is very common back home in Malaysia and neighboring country Indonesia, you can now find Nasi Goreng paste here even in the supermarket! A sign of how famous this fried rice is internationally!I love having it with a fried egg, egg yolk half cooked (A.k.a Runny egg), its the best combination!
材料:
1 碗 冷饭
1/2 只 洋葱
2-3 大勺 叁巴辣椒酱
1 只 蛋 (煎好)
1/3 杯 冷冻蔬菜(或者新鲜切丁的胡萝卜,玉米,豇豆/四季豆)
调味:
盐或酱油
少许 胡椒粉(Optional)
其他:
2-3 块 炸好的虾饼
黄瓜片 和 番茄片
Ingredients:
1 cup of cold rice (left over from yesterday)
1/2 Onion
2-3 tbsp Sambal Belachan (Chili Paste)
1 egg (Fried)
1/3 cup of frozen vegetable (or fresh chopped carrots/green bean and corn)
Seasoning:
Salt or Light Soy Sauce
A pinch of pepper powder(Optional)
Others:
2-3 Shrimp cracker
few slices of cucumber and tomato

1.先把洋葱切碎,鸡蛋煎好。
2. 锅里下两小勺油,把洋葱丁炒香,加入叁巴辣椒酱炒香,可以加一点点水。
3. 把米饭倒入炒散,再旺火快炒2-3分钟后加盐或酱油调味。加入冷冻蔬菜翻匀,蔬菜熟了就好了。
4. 起锅前撒点胡椒粉。

2. In a cooking pan/wok, add 2 tsp of oil, fry the onion till fragrance, add Sambal Paste,when the smell of Sambal starts releasing, add in the rice and give it a good stir for another 2-3 minutes, season with salt or soy sauce.
3. Add frozen vegetable and mix well, when the vegetables are cooked, sprinkle some pepper powder before serving.
Simple and nice Nasi Goreng, it could be made in just under 10 minutes!
