Masala Kaju (Spiced Cashew Nuts)

I made this Masala Kaju for a get together at our friend's house, it goes so well with beer and some drinks!

1- 1.5 lbs Cashew Nuts
2-3 tbsp Purified Butter/Ghee

1 tsp Garam Masala
1.5 tsp Cummin Powder (Jeera Powder)
2 tsp  Salt or to taste
1-2 tbsp Chilli Powder (Mirch Powder)
1 tbsp Chaat Masala    Optional

In a heaving wok/or pan, stir in cashew nuts and keep stir frying without oil for about 5 minutes.

Add Ghee and keep stirring till cashew nuts fragrant, add all seasoning and keep turning until all nuts coated with seasoning, continue to cook until cashew nuts turn light brown.

Let cold and keep in air tight container.

Good snack with good friends!
