Masala Kaju (Spiced Cashew Nuts) 【香辣腰果】


I made this Masala Kaju for a get together at our friend's house, it goes so well with beer and some drinks!

1- 1.5 磅 腰果
2-3 大勺 酥油/Ghee

1 小勺 Garam Masala
1.5 小勺 孜然粉
小勺 盐 (或适量)
1-2 大勺 辣椒粉
1 大勺 Chaat Masala    Optional

1- 1.5 lbs Cashew Nuts
2-3 tbsp Purified Butter/Ghee

1 tsp Garam Masala
1.5 tsp Cummin Powder (Jeera Powder)
2 tsp  Salt or to taste
1-2 tbsp Chilli Powder (Mirch Powder)
1 tbsp Chaat Masala    Optional


2. 加入酥油继续煸至香气出来后,加入所有的调味料,快速翻炒至腰果变金黄色。

3. 冷却之后装入密封的罐子里即可。

1. In a wok/or cooking pan, add cashew nuts and keep stir frying without oil at medium heat for about 5 minutes.

2. Add Ghee and keep stirring until cashew nuts are fragrant.

3. Add all the seasoning and keep turning until all nuts coated with seasoning, continue to cook until cashew nuts become light brown in color

4. Let cold and keep in air tight container.

Good snack with good friends!
