【凤梨酸奶】Pineapple Raita (Yogurt and Pineapple Condiment)


各种酸奶是印度饮食习惯中很重要的一环,印度人相信酸奶营养价值很高,还帮助消化。这道凤梨酸奶很简单,可以是很多主食的配菜喔!

Raita is a kind of condiment that goes with almost every Indian dishes. It is believed that it aids digestion and is very high in nutrients.

This pineapple raita is easy to make and taste very well, a good side dish indeed.

材料:
1 杯 原味酸奶 (低脂也可)
1 小块 凤梨(切丁) 

调味:
1/4 小勺 盐
1 小勺 糖
一撮孜然粉 (煸香) Optional
一撮辣椒粉 Optional

Ingredients:(3-4 servings)

1 cup Plain Yogurt
1/3 cup of water/milk
1 piece of pineapple (cut into small pieces)

Seasoning:
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
A pinch of cumin powder (Roasted) Optional
A pinch of chili powder Optional



1.Whisk together 1/3-1/2 cup of water/milk with yogurt and sugar.

2. Season with salt, roasted cumin powder and chili powder. 

3. Cubed the pineapple and add it into the yogurt refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

1. 酸奶混合 1/3-1/2 杯水和糖搅拌均匀。加入盐,孜然粉和辣椒粉调味。

3. 凤梨切丁,拌入酸奶里,冷藏30分钟即可。
