【星空冰粉】Butterfly pea flower Ice Jelly



儿子说:“ 妈咪这款甜点真的让高级餐厅的甜点看起来就在骗钱呢!” 我可爱的儿子为了赞赏鼓励妈咪真的是花了不少心思呢!☺

The weather is starting to warm up a little, and it feels like it is time to make some cooking desserts again. . . 

I have been wanting to make this beautiful ice jelly dessert for a long time, and the finished product really is amazing!

Dear son said to me when I served him this dessert, that "Mommy, this dessert really makes the desserts of high-end restaurants look like scams!" 

My lovely son really put in a lot of efforts to praise and encourage his Mommy! ☺


1 包 冰冰粉

2 公升 水

20 朵 蝶豆花(干的鲜的都可以)

1 只 柠檬/青柠

薄荷糖浆 或 蜂蜜 适量

1 pack ice cream powder
2 liters water
20 butterfly pea flowers (fresh or dried are fine)
1 lemon/lime
Peppermint syrup or honey as appropriate

1. 锅里注入两升水,加入20朵蝶豆花。煮滚后继续煮2-3分钟。

2. 把冰冰粉倒入一个带盖的容器里,把蝶豆花水趁热过滤到容器里。

3. 搅拌匀后加盖冷却凝结即可。


1. Pour two liters of water into a cooking pot and add 20 butterfly pea flowers. Bring to a boil and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

2. Place the ice powder into a container with a lid, and filter butterfly pea flower water into the container while it is still hot.

3. Stir well and cover to cool, the ice jelly will solidify as it cools.

Serve with some mint syrup or honey and a squeeze of lime or lemon juice.
