【奶油马铃薯浓汤】Cream of Potato Soup

 

前不久做了蒜香黄油,抹到面包上烤香了真好吃,再做一个浓汤,就是周末最好的早午餐啦!

俊宝尤其喜欢,他现在能吃一口气吃四五块蒜香面包呢!

I made some garlic butter spread not long ago, it makes delicious garlic bread, goes well with creamy soup and is the best brunch over the weekend!


材料:
2-3 片 培根
4-5 只/450 克  马铃薯 
2 大勺 黄油 Butter
1/2 只 洋葱 切碎
3-4 瓣 蒜头 
2 大勺 中筋面粉 all purpose flour
2 杯 鸡或素高汤
1 杯 奶油 heavy cream 或 light cream
欧芹/巴西利 切碎

调味:
1 小勺或适量  盐(如果高汤是无盐的,可以根据口味调整)
一撮 黑胡椒粉

Ingredients:
2-3 Bacon
4-5/450 g of potato
2 tbsp Butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream or light cream
Chopped Parsley for garnishing

Seasoning:
1 tsp salt (if the stock is salted) or to taste
Some black pepper powder



1. 取一只土豆切丁,剩下的煮熟去皮。

2. 培根切片,入锅煎香取出备用, 培根油脂留在锅里,把马铃薯丁入锅煎至金黄色,取出备用。

1. Take one of the potatoes and dice it, cook the rest and peel off the skin.

2. Cut the bacon around 2 cm in length, fry until grease releases and the bacon become crispy, take it out and set aside. Leave the bacon grease in the pan, fry the diced potatoes until golden brown, take out the potato and set aside.


3. 锅内加入 2 大勺黄油/butter,煮溶然后加入切碎的洋葱和蒜,煸香。

4. 加入2 大勺面粉,炒匀之后加入高汤和两杯水, 煮滚后加入马铃薯,用汤勺把马铃薯稍微压碎。

5. 用一个手提搅拌器或把汤倒入一个耐热的搅拌机里把汤打成糊状。

6. 把打好的浓汤倒回锅里,加入奶油,继续用打蛋器搅拌加热至汤变浓稠为止,加入马铃薯丁拌匀。

7. 加盐调味,吃之前加入胡椒粉和欧芹,撒上培根和一点切碎的芝士即可。

3. Melt the butter and add chopped onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

4. Add 2 tbsp of flour and cook for about 30 seconds, add the broth and 2 cups of water continue cooking until the soup starts boiling.

5. Use an immersion hand blender to blend the soup. You can use a blender to blend the soup too.

6. Stir in the cream and continue cooking until the soup reaches desired consistency. Add the cubed potatoes and stir well.

7. Season with salt and pepper. Garnished with bacon, chopped parsley and some shreded cheese before serving.

Serve with some hot garlic bread!
