【黄瓜凤梨泡菜】Acar Timun Nenas

 

前几天去附近的农夫市场买菜的时候看见凤梨正在打折,刚好我这两天打算做牛肉仁当咖喱吃吃,买个凤梨回来做这个清爽的黄瓜凤梨泡菜,吃着解腻又营养。

Pineapple was on sales a few days ago, when I went to the nearby farmer’s market for groceries. 

I happened to be planning to make beef rendang curry in the next two days, so I bought a pineapple and made this refreshing Acar, which is both refreshing and nutritious.

材料:
1/4 只 凤梨
1 根 小黄瓜 (大约1杯)
1 只 小红葱 (去皮切片)
7-8 只 小番茄/樱桃番茄
1 只 朝天椒 (切碎)

调味:
1 大勺 红糖/白糖
1/2 小勺 盐
1 1/2 大勺 白醋/米醋

Ingredients:
1/4 pineapple (cut into small pieces)
1 Persian Cucumber (about 1 cup)
7-8 Cherry Tomatoes
1 shallot (remove skin and slice thinly)
1 Thai chili (minced)

Seasoning:
1 tbsp brown sugar/sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar


1. 把凤梨去皮去眼去芯切小块,黄瓜切片,小红葱切片,辣椒切碎,和樱桃番茄切对半放到一个大盆里。

3. 把调味料加入拌匀,摆到冰箱里腌制2-3个小时即可。

1. Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes and core, cut into small pieces, slice the cucumber, slice the green onion, chop the chili,halved the cherry tomatoes and put them in a large bowl.

3. Add the seasonings, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

清凉爽口,很好吃!

Serve as side dish for curry and rice!
