【薑蔥火雞片】Ginger Spring Onion Turkey Stir-fry


前两天去Wholefood的时候看见火鸡腿肉打折,买了一盒回来,做姜葱火鸡片,这个做法也可以做鹿肉、猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉和鱼肉。都很好吃哦! 

I saw this very nice turkey thigh on sales at Wholefood last week, so I bought a box to make this very tasty Ginger Spring Onion Turkey Stir fry, you could use the same method to prepare chicken, pork, beef and fish.

材料: 
200 克 火鸡腿肉,去皮切片
1 寸 姜 切片
5-6 根 青葱,切1.5 寸长段

腌料:
1 大勺 料酒/花雕酒 
1/4 小勺 食盐
1 小勺 蚝油
1 小勺 酱油
一撮 胡椒粉
1/2 小勺 麻油/香油
1 小勺 薯粉

Ingredients:

200 gm Turkey thigh (skinned and boned)
about 1 inch Ginger , thinly sliced
5-6 Spring onion, cut into 1.5 inches in length

For marinate:
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
a pinch of Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp of cornstarch



1. 把火鸡肉切薄片,加入腌料腌10分钟,姜切薄片,葱切段备用。

2. 锅里下点油,热了之后加入姜片煸香。

3. 倒入腌好的火鸡肉,滑开炒3-5分钟,火鸡肉熟了之后快速把葱段倒入翻匀,即可上桌。

注:如果是牛肉和猪肉可以加点嫩肉粉 

1. Thinly slice the turkey, marinate it with all the  ingredients listed under marinade for 10 minutes.

2. Add about 2 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the sliced ginger and fry until fragrance.

3. In the same wok/pan, add the marinated turkey and cook at high for 3-5 minutes until turkey is cooked.

4. Add spring onions before serving.

Note:If you make this dish using beef or pork, you can use a pinch of tenderizer to help tenderizing the meat.
