Raisin Butter Cookie

This recipe came from my net friend Chinaibc, I book marked the link immediately when I saw it.

I knew for sure that I will like it. And I did ! Thanks to Chinaibc for this delicious cookie!

【Raisin Butter Cookie】(Yield :30 pieces)

Cake Flour 195 gm
Egg Yolk 3
Milk Powder 12 gm
Butter 80 gm
Castor Sugar 70 gm
Raisin 80gm

For brushing:
1 egg yolk

The process:

1、Softened butter to room temperature, add castor sugar and milk powder, just a whisk or electric mixer to beat till fluffy and colour become lighter.
2、Add egg yolk slowly, add one and beat till smooth before adding another, do it for all three egg yolks.
3、The mixture should now look a little thick and fluffy.
4、Sift the cake flour and slowly add into the butter/egg mixture.
5、Use a spatula and mix the flour and butter/egg mixture together.
6、Now add raisin and mix well into a soft dough
7、Now on a clean surface, roll the dough out to about 1 cm thick.

8、Use a pastry/cookie cutter to cut into 4.5CM*3CM shape.
9、Laid these cookie on a cookie pan, and brush beaten egg yolk on surface.
10  preheat oven to 360 F (180 C) and bake cookie for 15 minutes or till it turn golden brown in colour
