Ingredients:
1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Green chillies finely chopped
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 medium tomato finely chopped
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 box/450 g extra firm tofu
salt to taste
2 tablespoons cilantro (coriander leaves)

1/2 茶匙 孜然
1/2 茶匙 芥菜籽
1 茶匙 姜蒜茸
2 根 青辣椒,切碎
1 个 中等大小的洋葱,切碎
1 个 中等大小的番茄,切碎
½ 茶匙 姜黄粉
¼ 茶匙 辣椒粉
1 盒/450 g 老豆腐
适量 盐
2汤匙香菜(香菜叶)
1. Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions. And mashed the firm tofu and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or cooking oil in a cooking pan, add cumin, mustard seeds, minced ginger garlic and green pepper, sauté until fragrant.
3. After adding turmeric and chili powder, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until tomatoes become soft.
4. Add the minced tofu and salt to tase, stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes. Add chopped cilantro before serving.
1. 把番茄、辣椒和洋葱切碎。老豆腐捏碎备用。
2. 锅里热上2大勺黄油/Butter,或者食油,加入孜然,芥菜籽、姜蒜蓉和青椒爆香。
3. 加入所有调味料后,加入番茄丁翻炒至番茄变软。
4. 加入豆腐碎和食盐,煸炒匀后再炒个3分钟。起锅前加入香菜碎即可。
