豆腐(firm)四块 切块炸好
洋葱 半只
搅拌材料:
蒜 4 瓣
小红葱 4-5颗
辣椒干(泡水) 4-5只
2 只 熟透的番茄(罐头番茄也可,也搅拌成糊)
调味料:
糖 1 小勺
酱油 1 大勺
盐 適量

Ingredients:
4 pieces of Tofu(firm)
1/2 Onion
To blend together:
4 cloves of garlic
4-5 shallot
4-5 dried chilies
2 fully ripe tomato (or canned tomato) Blend until smooth
Seasoning:
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
1. 先把豆腐切块炸好。
2. 洋葱切圈,小红葱、蒜瓣和辣椒干搅拌成糊。
3. 锅里下大约两大匙油,把搅拌好的辣椒糊下锅中火煮至泛红油。
4. 然后加入洋葱丝(圈),翻炒一会儿,然后加入番茄糊,翻炒一阵子,倒入豆腐块,加1/4杯水,酱油糖和盐调味,加盖煮至收汁。
