The first batch of Potato I put in my garden are flowering now,it is about time to check out some baby potatoes to make this really delicious dish.

There is no comparison to fresh potato from your own garden, really!!

Butter

300 gm baby potato
1-2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion

For Seasoning:
1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Salt (Or to taste)

1. Clean the baby potatoes, cut into bite size if it is larger. Add some water to the potatoes and cover with a lid, microwave the potatoes for 5-6 minutes, or until a fork could easily poke into the potatoes。

2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter at medium heat in a cooking pan. Add the cooked potatoes, lightly crush the potatoes with a potato masher.

3. Roast both sides of the potato until golden brown in color.

4. Add everything under seasoning, turn the potatoes and make sure all potato pieces are coated with spices, cover with lid and cook for another 1-2 minutes, sprinkle chopped spring onion before serving.

Its a good snack/side dish!
