Its summer time and my Amaranth at the back yard is growing so well, I have been thinking of a bowl of fish ball Amaranth soup since the day I sow the seeds!
I waste no time to make this soup with the Fish and Turkey Fish paste I saved up from making Stuff Chilli the other day.
Amaranth at the backyard...
1 1/2 cup of fish and turkey paste
1/2 lbs Amanrath leaves
3 cup chicken/vegetable stock
10-15 dried goji
Salt to taste
A pinch of pepper powder
Few drops of sesame oil
Pick the Amaranth leaves, clean it well. Bring chicken/vegetable stock to boil, wet palm with water, and make fish paste into balls. Drop fish balls into boiling stock and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Amaranth leaves, season with salt and pepper powder, sprinkle some dried Goji before switching off the heat, add a few drops of sesame oil and its done!
