Coffee Ice cubes & Ice Coffee

My mom is a coffee lover and she craves for coffee most afternoon, so we sort of starting a routine of having afternoon coffee ever since she is here.

I got a bag of very good organic coffee from BJ's the other day, when it is brewing, the kitchen smells like a coffee house.

Ingredients:
20 gm of coffee bean
1 cup of fresh milk
1 tsp of sugar/agave nectar

1. Grind coffee bean and brew the coffee the way you like it. I brew mine in a french press coffee brewer with hot water for 4-5 minutes.

2. Filter the coffee and pour the coffee into the ice cubes mold/tray. Freeze the coffee until it harden and become ice cubes.

3. Mix fresh milk and sugar/agave nectar until dissolved. In a long glass, add as many coffee ice cubes as you can fit in to the glass.

4. Pour the sugared milk over the coffee ice cubes, sip slowly, it gets better as the ice cubed melt.
