一直想做一款健康美味,吃了肠胃也不负担的粽子。刚好家里有很多豆子和谷类,我也经常做杂粮粘豆包当早餐。今天就做个杂粮粽吧!
I have been planning to make this healthy and delicious rice dumpling for sometimes now.
I always keeps a pantry- full of legumes and grains, this dumplings uses many of them and is so tasty and full of good nutrients and flavors!
材料:
1/4 杯 黑豆
1/4 杯 红芸豆
1/4 杯 黑糯米
1/4 杯 大黄米 (可用糯米代替)
1/4 杯 红豆
1/4 杯 薏米
另外:
10 颗 红枣
1/4 杯 葡萄干
1/4 杯 玉米粒
2 大勺 糯米粉
15 张 粽叶
棉绳 适量
一点 食油
Ingredients:
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup kidney beans
1/4 cup black glutinous rice
1/4 cup Glutinous millet (you can substitue with glutinous rice)
1/4 cup Adzuki beans
1/4 cup barley
Others:
10 red dates
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup corn kernels
2 tablespoons glutinous rice flour
15 Bamboo leaves
Some cotton twine
a little cooking oil
1. 把黑豆、红芸豆、黑糯米、大黄米、红豆和薏米洗净泡水三个小时(我泡了一个晚上)。
2. 第二天,沥干水份后再清洗一遍,把豆子放到电饭煲里,加水没过豆子大约1寸,按煮饭键,把杂粮煮熟,取一颗红芸豆,如果一捏就散开,就好了。如果豆子还是很硬,可以再加一杯水再煮一次,至豆子变软为止。
1. Wash and soak black beans, kidney beans, black glutinous rice, millet, Adzuki beans and barley in water for three hours (I soaked mine overnight).
2. The next day, drain the water and wash the grains and beans again, place them in the rice cooker, add water to submerged the grains and beans and the water is about 1 inch above the grains and beans.
3. Cook the grains and beans following the ricecooker manufacturer's instructions. When it is cooked, take a kidney bean, if it can break easily, the grain and beans are cooked. If the beans are still hard, add a cup of water and cook again in the cooker until the beans are soft.
3. 把红枣洗净切碎, 和葡萄干还有玉米粒一起加入到煮好的杂粮里,加入两大勺的糯米粉。用个勺子拌匀。
4. Wash and chop the red dates into small pieces, place the dates together with the raisins and corn kernels to the cooked grains and beans, and add two tablespoons of glutinous rice flour. Mix well with a spatula.
4. 取一张洗净的粽叶,剪去头尾,比较滑的一面用厨房纸擦干后薄薄地抹上一层食油,这样做好的粽子才不会沾到粽叶上。
5. 把粽叶中间对折,卷起成筒状,然后压扁成三角形。取2-3大勺杂粮填到粽叶里。
6. 把上面的粽叶往下盖,折好握紧,成三角形。用棉线把三个角各旋一圈后中间部分绑紧。把所有粽子都裹好。
7. 入蒸笼蒸35-45分钟即可。吃的时候可以沾点蜂蜜或枫糖浆。净吃也很可口。
5. Take a piece of clean bamboo leaf, cut off the head and end, dry the smooth side of the leaf with kitchen towel and spread a thin layer of cooking oil over it, so that the grains will not stick to the leaf when it is cooked.
6. Fold the bamboo leaf in half, roll it up into a cone shape, and then flatten it to form a triangle s. Take 2-3 tablespoons of the grain and beans and stuff them into the leaf.
7. Fold the bamboo leaf from the top to cover and wrap the dumpling, hold tightly to form a triangle pocket. Use the cotton twine to tie around each of the three corners of the dumpling to secure the wrapping. Repeat to wrap all the dumplings.
8. Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 35-45 minutes at hight. You can serve the dumplings with honey or maple syrup. It is also very delicious on its own.
