Spicy Chicken Feet Stew - Chinese style

This is something my hubby STILL find it hard to believe when I eat.

Well.... as stubborn as I could be, and a hardcore Chinese food eater...I just can't help but making it once in a while, when the man of the house is out of sight or out of station...I would make a big pot of it and keep chewing it whole day long!
This particular recipe is tried and tested, and is well love by some of my friends.

Ingredients:(For 18-20 Chicken feets)
2 stalks Spring Onion
20 Sichuan Peppercorns
A pinch of Black pepper powder
2 Star Anise
3-4 slices Ginger
5-6 Dried Chilies (Optional)
2 teaspoons Dark Soya Sauce
2 tsp or to taste Light Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
3 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine (or any cooking wine)
1 teaspoon Sugar

1. Marinate the chicken feet with all ingredients listed, keep it in the fridge overnight, turn once or twice in between to make sure the chicken feet is well marinated.

2. Next day, pour the marinated chicken feets into a cooking pot, add enough water to submerged all.

3. Bring it to boil and turn the stove down to low and continue cooking for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the chicken feets are all soft and tender.
