Lightly Spiced Peanut Masala (Microwaved)

I love to sit home and watch a good movie or read a good book with family over the weekends, and that good family time often accompanied by some homemade snacks, and one of them is this one.. it is easy and could be prepared under 10 minutes... a good starter for party too!

1 cup peanuts(wash and drained)

For coating:(Blend together below ingredients)
2 tsp Besan/chickpea flour or all purpose flour
2 tsp Rice flour
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder)
1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala  Optional
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Water

Note:If you like thicker coating, doubled the chickpea flour and rice flour to form thicker shell.

Whisk together all ingredients listed under coating, pour in the peanuts and mix well, until all peanuts coated with the spices evenly.

Spread the peanuts over a flat plate, microwave at high for 3 minutes, take it out and separate the nuts with a fork, continue to microwave for another 2 minutes or until it is done.

Let it cold completely before serving.

Note:Every microwaves may cooks a little differently, try to cook two minutes and increase every two minutes until it is done if you are not sure about the wattage of your microwave.

Lightly spiced and very tasty...
