Salmon braised Mushroom 三文魚燴雙菇



I made some steamboat for dinner few days ago and was left with some fresh mushrooms. I made this mushrooms fish dish, very delicious.

前几天吃火锅还留下两把的菇类,今天就做了这个三文鱼烩双菇,很香很下饭喔!

Ingredients:
150 g of Salmon fillet
1 bunch of Enokitake mushroom
1 bunch Straw mushroom
10-15 Thai Basil leaves Or Holy basil leaves
1 tsp crushed garlic

Seasoning:
1 tsp Fish Sauce (or to taste)
1 tsp Soy Sauce
A pinch Pepper powder
1 tsp of Oyster sauce
Starch (Optional)

材料:
150 克 左右的三文鱼排
1 把 金針菇
1 把 柳松菇
10-15 片 的 九层塔
1 小勺 蒜蓉

调味:
1 小勺 鱼露(或适量)
1 小勺 酱油
一点胡椒粉
1小勺 蚝油
芡粉 (Optional)



1. Clean and cut salmon fillet into 1/2 inch width and 2 inches in length. Lightly sear the salmon on a pan, set aside.


2. In a wok or frying pan, add 1 tsp of oil, fry garlic till fragrant, stir in mushroom, sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of water.

3. Season with fish sauce, pepper powder and oyster sauce, stir well and add the fish pieces, add 1/2 cup of water and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

4. Stir in some starch water to thickened the gravy if preferred. Add Thai basil before serving.


1. 把三文鱼排切成 1/2 寸宽,两寸长的长块. 锅里加点油两面煎黄,取出备用。


2. 在一口锅里,加入一勺油,加入蒜蓉煸香,加入菇类和大约1大勺水,煸炒至软。

3. 加入所有的调味料和1/2杯水,煮滚后加入鱼块,继续焖煮2-3分钟。如果喜欢的话,可以打点芡收汁。

Serve with thai jasmine rice and some green vegetable.
和白米饭和炒青菜吃
