Vietnamese Spicy Lemongrass Shrimp

I made Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken not long ago, and many of my net friends tried making it too and liking it.

The Vietnamese Lemongrass Paste can be use to make other dishes too. Today, I made shrimp using the same paste, and its tasting great!

Ingredients:

2-3 tbsp Vietnamese Lemongrass Paste
8-10 Medium/Large Shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1/3 tsp salt (Or to taste)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fish sauce/Soy Sauce
1/2 Bombay Onion (cut into pieces)
1 Red Chili/Bell Pepper (cut into pieces)

Heat up a cooking pan, add in 2-3 tbsp of lemongrass paste, stir fry a little, and pour in 1 cup of water, bring to boil, season with salt, fish sauce and sugar. Add the shrimp, onion and pepper pieces, cook till the shrimp turned red, and it is done.

Delicious!!
