Guacamole (Mexican Avocado Dip)

I have no idea about Mexican food before I came to US,  my first real mexican food was in San Diego... and ever since... I am IN LOVE!!

I now make this delicious dip very often, especially on our movie day.

1 fully ripe Avocado
1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
1/2 medium size tomato (I didn't use it this time)
2 clove of garlic(minced)
2 shallot(you can use half onion too)
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1/5 tsp Salt

Cut the avocado into half, take out the seed and scooped out all that delicious pulp, mash it well using a fork.

Now add chopped tomato, shallot and garlic, salt, chili powder and lemon/lime juice, mix well.

To go with Corn chips...
