Claypot Pumpkin

I grow to realise the important of eating fruits and vegetable in season ever since I started planting home-grown vegetables. Fruits and vegetable are at its best of value in terms of nutrient and taste in season. Its a way nature present its magic with precision...

It was pumpkin season and plenty of pumpkin available in the market, I made this simple pumpkin dish just to enjoy the very sweetness of pumpkin!

Ingredients:
Japanese (or any type) if pumpkin 250-300 gms, cubed
3-5 cloves of garlic

Seasoning:
A pinch of salt,pepper powder(optional)

Skinned the pumpkin ( if its organic, you can use the skin too!) and cubed. Heat up a claypot, and stir fry lightly crushed garlic.

When the garlic fragrant, add pumpkin pieces, and cook at medium to lower heat, DO NOT add water. Stir once or twice, cook it for 15-20 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and its done!

Healthy, and tasty!
